Terms of service

All items are handmade so expect some slight variations in items. For example, slight color differences, bead sizing, word placement, word sizing, etc. No refunds will be given for any complaints dealing with one of these issues. 

For custom orders 2-3 weeks in addition to the usual TAT must be given to complete each custom order. All custom orders must be paid before they are started. Refunds are not accepted for custom orders. 

If your item is returned to me due to an address issue, I will message you to resolve the issue. I will cover the shipping for the first time the item is sent back, after that you are responsible for shipping costs. If you do not message me after 2 weeks your order will not be shipped, and no refund will be issued. 

For custom items, no trademarked terms will be pressed. If you request a trademarked term you have a week from the time I message you to tell me a different term to use. After this time a random saying will be sent to you. No refund will be issued if this happens to you.
