Refund policy
You have 24 hours or until I order the items needed for your order to request a full refund. After this time you will be charged a $5 cancellation fee. After one week you will be charged the $5 cancellation and 10% of your order total. After 2 weeks it is $5 cancellation and 20% of your total.
Refunds will not be given under the following circumstances:
- you did not give the time needed for custom orders
- your item was damaged during shipping
- you ordered the wrong size
- no thongs can be returned
- you damaged your item due to improper care
- you did not fix your address within 2 weeks of me messaging you
- you were sent a random saying because you did not change your requested trademarked saying for your order within a week of me messaging you.
- or anything along these lines.
If you decide to return an item that is not a thong you are responsible for shipping cost to get it back to me. Once that happens the refund will be issued in accordance to the date you sent the item back to me.
If your item gets returned to me due to address issues and you do not give a different address no refund will be issued. I message every person who's items get sent back and give a certain time to message back to receive your item.
I WILL NOT press trademarked terms. If you request a term that is trademarked you have one week from the time I message you to fix it. If you do not respond in this time I will send you a random thong. If this happens no refund will be issued for the different item.
Custom orders with silversmithing refund policy is as follows.

If there are slight imperfections to your piece you can reach out and request a refund but a refund may not be given. Refunds for silver items are given based on how bad I feel the product is. With silversmithing there are always times that things will be imperfect it is part of the character of the work. I try to get everything as perfect as I can but cannot make any promises.
Silver items are able to be returned but you are responsible for the shipping cost to get it back to me, and if it arrives broken you won't receive a refund. Your refund will be issued once the item is back in my possession.
Refunds will not be issues for silver items if
- the inside of the band is not polished (this is hard to do and it will eventually polish itself)
- There are bumps on the back or minor bumps on the side from solder
- There are slight scratches.
- Your jewelry tarnishes (this happens you can clean it and it will be good as new again)
- Your band is sharp and you do not reach out to me to fix it
- Your stone falls out and you do not reach out to me to fix it
If you see any issues with your piece like the band is sharp or your stone falls out. Please reach out to me with any issues. If there is an issue I can fix, I will try to fix it before issuing a refund. If it is something I know I cannot fix I will refund you.
You have 14 days to return an item or to send it back to me to be fixed. If you do not send it within this time no refund will be issued and I will not be able to fix your piece!
